Body: I have had several interactions with Ahern communication and they are very helpful, good communicators and reasonably priced when compared with the field. This order was a non-standard, or recently added item and they were very quick about figuring out what I needed. Plantronics makes a terrific handsfree device. This was an M13x-xx over the ear/boom for my Nokia phone (6340i which has crummy buttons) and it is my second of these kind of handsfree mikes. The first one lasted almost two years and Ahern helped me order parts to make that happen. Note that a pair of sunglasses typically lasts about three months in my hands, if theyre lucky. Also not that I dont generally give 5s on surveys, no one ever seems to warent them, but Ahern seems to be close. M
